Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After leaving gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. She was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after she quit the gymnastics team she had played in as a child. She won her Pro Card only one year later and was 17. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to stop her work for a period of six years in order to further the education she wanted to pursue. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for many more seasons, setting new goals every year. As of the year 2009's end she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009, she became an NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel was able to take six years off from competitive sports after obtaining her pro card to finish her undergraduate education. She made a comeback in October of 2015 when she competed in her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage two months later and took home the 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. Ariel had to compete against many of the best athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out is her back. A typical back workout comprises of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs in a machine and pull-ups as well as seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way can be. She combines all of her back exercises into three to supersets of 10-12 reps is her thing.
