April Bowlby has been an American actor as well as model for a period of more than 20 years. Her most well-known role is portraying Kandi and Stacy Barrett, in Drop Dead Diva and Titans as well as Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby has a long history in American acting. The most memorable parts include Stacy Barrett, in Drop Dead Diva (a romantic comedy that is a fantasy TV show), and Kandi, as Kandi in Two and a Half Men. Her career began with modeling before moving on to films and TV shows. On CSI: Crime Scene Investigation her debut TV role was in an episode in the background as an extra. Then, she was offered the part of Kandi on Two and a Half Men. Her role of Stacy Barrett in the popular show Drop Dead Diva has earned Bowlby fame throughout the world. Bowlby played the role of the character Rita Farr/Elastigirl on the American web show Titans. A spin-off from the show Doom Patrol will see her reprising the character. Bowlby was also in TV movies Sands of Oblivion & The Wrong Daughter. The actress made her debut on the big screen in the film All Roads Lead Home and afterwards appeared in several other films including The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. Bowlby is currently playing the character Natasha (a 12 year-old girl) in All Roads Lead Home. The movie is about an accident that causes her to loss her mother. Bowlby plays Mia in The Slammin Salmon, a comedy film due for release in 2008. She resides in Los Angeles. She is a redhead with blue eyes. She is a single woman who has no children.
