She has collaborated with executives from various industries to help improve business performance, particularly during times of high growth. She's served as an expert in the field of thought, helping implement business and people-related strategies into goals for the entire enterprise as well as strategic plans, through organizational and performance management as well as employee engagement and managing change. She's a fervent believer in learning and envisions leadership and team improvement as the best competitive advantage. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and coached leaders who have shown results and success. Her work helped to cultivate cultures in organizations that encourage innovation and learning. While Annmarie is inspired by the opportunity to use her time and talents to supporting the Learning Ally mission, she currently provides support to various non-profit organizations during her time off. This includes being an active participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a group dedicated to helping women become leaders by providing instruction to the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional members' association that is based that is based in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking and advocacy specifically for healthcare hospitality houses and aiding Shatterproof which is a nationwide non-profit organisation focused on reversing the dependency crisis within the United States in educating communities to help those affected by the illness of addiction.
